Quantum Knight Support
Quantum Knight offers several levels of support for our software and products. Each type of support varies by how to communicate with us and the expected SLA for a response.
Consumer:
Consumer product users, such as ICE-IT interactive desktop encryption client
may reach us with an email to support@quantumknight.io.
We will always attempt to respond in a timely fashion. However, it may take 5-7 days to
receive a response. We recommend first checking our blog
for answers to your questions.
Developer:
Developers using the Clear Cryptosystem software development kit (SDK) may also
reach us with an email to support@quantumknight.io.
Responses will typically require 48-72 hours. We recommend first checking
our blog for answers to your questions.
Enterprise:
Enterprise customers receive dedicated support per the terms of the sales contract
and will have a dedicated email to recieve high priority on any requests.
